SPEECH AND LANGUAGE COMPETENCE AS A PART OF THE TRAINING OF SPECIALIST OF TECHNICAL DIRECTIONS

Abstract

The article describes the ways, forms and methods of implementation of language and speech competence in higher education, the basic principles of building a culture of professional communication between specialists in a technical college; clarifies factors influencing the efficiency of communication between specialists of technical training areas, clarifies the concepts of "linguistic competence", "speech competence", "communicative competence specialist", "professional communication". The article analyzes the phenomenon of linguistic competence on the basis of the achievements of such sciences as rhetoric socio psycho linguistics, neo rhetoric, ethnic socio psycho linguistics, etc, that allows to see in the presence of human speech language / speech knowledge and skills that underpin professional-speech communication own casual, social, practical and technological, communicative, professional experience, intellectual, artistic and organizational (leadership, communication) skills, moral, ethical, religious and other values.

This article issue the question of speech and language competence, based on such factors as language and speech activity of human. Functions of language and speech are generated in the process of communication. The language should be studied in the speech activity. There are receptive types of speech activity – listening and reading, and productive kinds of speech – speaking and writing. This article explores four types of communication: listening, speaking, reading and writing. Competence in speaking – is a competence in dialogical and monologue speech. The main purpose is to form the ability how to use two forms of speech. Lexical competence consists of lexical knowledge and lexical speech skills, grammatical – of grammatical knowledge and grammar speech skills; phonological – phonetic knowledge and speech and auditory skills and more.

The article also considers the problem of speech research experience of the individual. The author analyzes theoretical structural and functional model of speech experience. The article is a theoretical rationale for the choice of diagnostic indicators empirical study of patterns of structure and functioning of the internal substructure elements speech experience of the individual.
