GEOGRAPHIC ASPECT OF THE TRANSLATION OF SPEECHES OF GERMAN POLITICIANS IN UKRAINIAN

Abstract

This article presents important both for understanding and for the translation process of country-stained pieces of language information that refers to the actual events of political life in Germany. The difference between reality and geographic-colored units of language is determined. Geographic-colored units have their own language lexical correspondences in both source language and the target language in, the literal translation of geographic information fully or partially lost, causing the loss of an important content of the message. Clear seemingly incomprehensible words are filled with foreign recipient information that is implicit in the language of the source, but without the proper background knowledge is totally alien in a form available in the target language. The translator must explicitly insert a translation necessary for understanding regional geographic information. And, therefore, he must discover and understand the hidden meaning of country-colored expression language sources. Some expressions are occasional, and some have become the norm for today's speech, but not recorded in the philological literature. The language plays a crucial role in the political sphere. Regarding the national feelings of the people and thereby to the corresponding culture system takes in the language of the policy field a central place. The membership of a nation to nation then stamped his subjective behavior to state and culture. If the State intends to make an impact on its citizens, it should pay attention to the value system of the people and express his solidarity with the people on the basis of cultural and national community
